Pip Gillespie of Wine Country Creations  works with central Otago's abundant vineyards to give used wine barrels a beautifully meaningful second life.
Each creation is completely unique, the oak used has obtained colours naturally throughout the wine making process, most notable are the red tones given by the Pinot Noir of the region.  Platters are treated with linseed oil, providing a wonderful earthy scent.
