Terms and Conditions
1. Stock
1.1 Please note that all items displayed as for sale on our website are deemed available. If an item has been mistakenly sold, where in fact stock is not available, in the first instance, the customer will be contacted. We will then endeavour to full-fill the order as soon as possible, if this is not possible a refund will be processed.
1.2 If the customer would like to enquire about re-stocking timeframes for any sold-out items please contact us directly.
1.3 At times due to the handmade nature of some of our stocked goods, the goods received may differ slightly from our website's displayed images. We endeavour to make this known to the customer in any relevant product descriptions on this website.
2. Shipping
2.1 All items will be delivered with tracked shipping. The customer will receive the tracking details pertaining to their order.
2.2 Any queries regarding lost items or items damaged due to shipping should be taken up with the shipping company.
2.3 Purchases from this website will allow shipping to New Zealand addresses only. If you would like to purchase an item from an international location, please get in touch with us directly, and we can arrange shipping based on your specific location.
3. Returns
3.1 We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
3.2 If a clothing item has been purchased and an exchange for a different size is required, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. The customer will need to return the item to us, in original, unworn condition, within 30days of the purchase date. The customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
3.3 If the customer is not happy with their purchase, or for any questions or queries to do with a specific item purchased, please contact us directly through the contact page, or on oldschoolhouse@cardronahotel.co.nz.
4. Payments
4.1 If the customer is paying for their order with Paypal, they will be redirected to the Paypal page to enter credit card and billing address details. Following this step, shipping options will be shown.
4.2 Our prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
5. Sustainability efforts
5.1 The Old School House strives to create as little waste as possible. We only use recycled packaging and shipping materials for our customer's orders, and in any instance that this is not possible, we will use recyclable and compostable alternatives.
5.2 If gift wrapping has been requested by the customer, wrapping will consist of 100% recycled kraft brown paper, natural jute twine and a compostable sticker.
5.3 Our product range has been carefully selected with handmade and New Zealand made artisan products at the heart of our boutique range. Please be aware that not all items for sale on this website are made in New Zealand.
