The Honey Peddler

While not exactly local to the valley, the Honey Peddler has a special connection to the Cardrona Hotel as their products are handmade in Christchurch by the publican’s sister, Bec. "Our hives are located in the urban village of Redcliffs, situated on the northern side of Banks Peninsula. The hives look out across Moncks Bay, and up to the mighty Kaikōura Mountains. But our bees don't have time to enjoy the views; they're far too busy making you this delicious, urban blend, raw honey."
